IS AQUALIX SAFE?

The Aqualyx we offer in Cheshire is derived from deoxycholic acid, a natural substance produced by the liver and it helps to digest fat. When injected this solution dissolves the membrane of fat cells. These dead fat cells are then removed by the body’s lymphatic system.

Aqualix is biocompatible and biodegradable and is a proven safe and effective method for reducing stubborn deposits of fat. No major side effects have been reported. However if you are looking for safer results, always ask for an experienced and qualified doctor.

HOW MANY AQUALYX SESSIONS WILL I NEED AT YOUR CHESHIRE CLINIC?

Aqualix treatment usually requires up to 3 sessions with Mr. Fiore at his Hale clinic. The sessions need to be approximately 4 weeks apart in most cases with the exception of double chin treatments which are spaced out 6 weeks apart.

DOES AQUALYX HURT? IS AQUALYX PAINFUL?

Like all injectable treatments, if delivered without the right techniques or appropriate pain relief, Aqualix can cause an unpleasant sensation. However, from his Cheshire clinic, Mr Fiore mixes Aqualyx with local anaesthetic to reduce discomfort. He will also use a topical anaesthetic if required and uses the most innovative and skilled techniques, equipment and products, so that any discomfort is minimised.

IS THERE IS ANY DOWNTIME OR SIDE EFFECTS WITH AQUALIX?

After your Aqualix cellulite reduction treatment in Cheshire, you can go back to work or your usual daily activities, ensuring that you follow the correct aftercare protocols set out to you. Within the first couple of days after the Aqualix treatment, you may however, experience some swelling, bruising, burning sensation, as well as a feeling of pressure and tenderness in the treatment area.

During the cellulite reduction treatment, Mr Fiore usually uses a cannula – a blunt ended needle- which glides around blood vessels, thus minimising any risk of bruising in the treatment areas. Compression garments may be required for specific areas during one week.

AM I SUITABLE FOR CELLULITE REDUCTION TREATMENT, CHESHIRE ?

Aqualix is not a weight loss treatment.

It is an effective procedure for reducing stubborn areas of fat resistant to diet and exercise.

It is not an alternative to liposuction for patients with large areas of fat.

Great Results Without Pain

I had FaceTite combined with Morpheus8 carried out by Dr Fiore some months ago. Whilst you can see some initial improvements, the greatest improvements really start to show themselves over time. In my case, I could really see a dramatic change after 3 months and things have continued to improve since. I am 60 and had laxity of skin on my lower face, I had jowls and my neck was sagging.
