Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure to treat drooping or excess skin from around the eyes.
Surgery will make your eyes look wider and give the eye area a fresher and more youthful appearance.
Sometimes hooded upper eyelids are not simply a cosmetic issue. If there is a significant amount of excess skin, it may interfere with your vision. Blepharoplasty can be used to correct this functional issue too.
Eyelid surgery is just one of the surgical and cosmetic procedures offered at our exclusive Cosmetic and Aesthetic clinic in Hale, Cheshire.
Blepharoplasty – Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty removes excess skin and fat from the Upper Eyelids.
During this surgical procedure, your cosmetic surgeon will remove the excess skin through an incision along the natural crease of your upper eyelid.
Any excess fat will also be removed in the same way and the loose skin and muscle trimmed before the incision is closed using tiny dissolvable stitches.
Typically for clients visiting us from Cheshire our eyelid surgery takes between one and two hours to complete.
